<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>PRÉPARATION:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dans un bol, combiner l’ail, le jus d’orange, l’origan, 1 tasse d’oignon haché, ¼ de tasse de coriandre, ¼ de tasse d’huile et 3 cuillères à table de jus de lime. Assaisonner le poisson avec du sel et du poivre. Étendre la moitié du mélange d’oignon dans le fond d’un plat de cuisson de 11x7x2. Déposer le poisson par-dessus et couvrir du reste du mélange d’oignon. Couvrir et réfrigérer pendant 30 minutes. Retourner le poisson et remettre au frais 30 minutes supplémentaires.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dans un bol, mélanger au fouet la mayonnaise, le lait et 2 cuillères à table de jus de lime.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Faire chauffer <a href="https://www.blog.stokesstores.com/fr/gril-et-raclette-2-en-1-de-thinkswiss.html">le gril</a> à feu moyen-élevé, huiler les grilles. Griller le poisson en laissant un peu de marinade sur la surface jusqu’à ce que la chair soit opaque au centre, environ 3 à 5 minutes par côté. Griller les tortillas jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient légèrement marqués par le gril, environ 10 secondes par côté.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Défaire grossièrement le poisson et poser sur une grande assiette. Servir avec la mayonnaise, les tortillas grillés, l’avocat, le chou, la </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">salsa verde</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">, les quartiers de lime, l’oignon et la coriandre hachés.</span></p>
