<p>Le début des classes est arrivé, mais nous ne sommes pas encore prêts pour la routine. Afin de vous aider à organiser votre horaire pour la période automnale, nous avons pensé nous concentrer sur un des aspects les plus prenants de cet horaire : les dîners. Est-ce que les restants, les dîners préemballés, ou les dîners santé, mais sans goût vous sonnent une cloche ? C’est ce que nous avons pensé. Que diriez-vous pour faire changement d’un dîner facile à faire et santé, dont les enfants redemanderont ? Il est tellement facile de se répéter et de manquer d’idées lorsqu’il s’agit d’une telle tâche quotidienne, alors nous avons concocté pour vous un ensemble de recettes à ajouter à votre répertoire, lesquelles feront des heureux dans votre famille à l’heure du dîner.</p>

<p>Cette semaine, la blogueuse, conceptrice de recettes et (l’avons-nous mentionné ?) l’enseignante Allison Sklar est de retour, non seulement dans sa classe, mais également pour nous donner des cours sur les repas pour l&rsquo;heure du dîner, lesquelles raviront les parents autant que les enfants.  Elle a planifié un dîner très intéressant qui sera très populaire à la cafétéria de l’école et au bureau.  Elle vous guidera parmi de délicieuses recettes comme un roulé aux figues et au fromage avec du sumac, des croustilles de chou kale et un granola à la citrouille épicée qui valent la peine d’être préparés. Avec un plat principal soutenant, une collation croustillante (qui est en réalité un légume déguisé) et un granola fait maison, vous pourrez passer à travers la journée sans problème et laisser les souvenirs de vos dîners ennuyants derrière vous, tout comme le souvenir du professeur grincheux de l’an dernier. Faites d’une pierre deux coups en préparant le dîner de vos enfants et de vous-même pour attaquer le début des classes de façon nutritive, délicieuse et du bon pied.</p>
<p>Nous avons non seulement un dîner délicieux à vous proposer pour votre sélection de dîners, mais aussi un sac-repas parfait pour tous les jours de la semaine ! Faire fondre l’huile de noix de coco, le miel et la vanille ensemble dans un petit bol allant au four à micro-ondes ou sur la cuisinière. Verser les ingrédients liquides sur les ingrédients secs et mélanger jusqu’à ce que tout soit humecté. Répartir le mélange sur les deux plaques à biscuit (ou sur une grande plaque à biscuit) et faire cuire au four pendant 20 minutes.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4557-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Retirer les plaques à biscuit du four et saupoudrer les fruits secs sur le dessus en les pressant avec une spatule résistant à la chaleur ou une cuillère de bois. Poursuivre la cuisson pendant 15 minutes encore. Mettre le minuteur pour  éviter de trop cuire !
